Strengthening Adult Education: An Assessment of Technical and Vocational Texts

Education is a basic right, but not everyone privileged to get access quality education. In the Philippines, Technical and Skills Development Authority which offers non-degree education underprivileged Filipino adults challenged by several problems in instruction including assessment. To address this concern, study focused on assessment essential enhancing of across all levels. This specifically assessed analyzed level texts vocational school Philippines help improve transfer learning toward knowledgeable skilled workforce. Using descriptive-quantitative research design, measured concerns. readability technical from four courses through measures text difficulty readers’ perspectives. The results revealed discrepancy between perceptions. Readerability therefore recommended. also presents some pedagogical implications importance informing instruction.
